Egypt - A Forever Memory

We flew back to Cairo from Sinai, an Egyptian tour guide gave us a tour to the Pyramids. That was a breath taking view with the peace and solitude. Each pyramid was built with around 2.5 million blocks of stone, each stone weighing something like two tons.

Egyptians were on horse or camel one after another riding around the pyramids and or posing for photographs on top of the surrounding hills. They are the most hospitable people on the earth, at least that is one of our observations from all the places we have visited to-date. Our tour guide, Sam, is a certified guide and has a BS degree in tour guide (never heard a major of tour guide) and a MS degree to ensure he knew what he was talking about. I asked if he got tired when talking about the same thing every day. He said: “ No, I am proud of our history and culture and want all to know what we are all about”.
